Open Source Weather Information Project with OpenStack Object Storage

Weather information is my personal interests, I started a open source project hk0weather to archive the concept of open data. hk0weather  uses scrapy on python and crawl Hong Kong Observatory website, turn weather data provided from its HTML website into JSON format.

In this talk, Sammy will talk about how to use OpenStack Object Storage (Swift) to store weather data for the ‘hk0weather’ project.
