Thomas is a cloud architect working for the IT Service Management organisation in the IBM Systems group. He is located at the IBM Research and Development Lab in Boeblingen, Germany. Thomas’ focus areas include the enablement for cloud workloads in the Netcool Operations Insight product suite, as well as Network Function Virtualization (NFV) orchestration for Telco scenarios.
Thomas is also a Core Contributor to OpenStack project Heat, with focus on software orchestration and NFV orchestration. Furthermore, Thomas is co--editor of the OASIS Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA).
